Subscriptions are billed through PhonePe or Cashfree in a secure in-app payment flow, and can be cancelled in the App’s subscription settings or by writing to us.

Privacy Policy

Account deletion

You can delete your account and all associated data directly in the App — no email or form is required. If you cannot access the App, email support@ezobooks.in with the subject Account Deletion Request and include the mobile number registered to your account. We will process the request within 30 days of verification.

Copyright / DMCA notices

We respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512). Send a notice with the required elements to our designated agent:

A notice must include: identification of the copyrighted work; identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; your contact information; a statement of good-faith belief; a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act; and your physical or electronic signature. We may remove content and terminate repeat infringers.

Legal notices

Formal notices under the End User License Agreement should be sent to support@ezobooks.in.

Before starting arbitration, the Agreement requires you to contact us at that address and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days. Opt-out notices under the arbitration provision (Section 18.5 of the Agreement) go to the same address within 30 days of first accepting the Agreement.
