“I had my Pixel 6 Pro screen replaced from Mobile Express and they did an excellent job. Before going with Mobile Express, I had called 4 other repair shop in Mira-Bhayandar area including official Google Service center in Thane and they either said they cant get genuine OEM part or quoted at least 1.5K more than Mobile Express. Shoaib is very polite and professional. He clearly explained the process for replacement and gave accurate time estimate. He is also very prompt on whatsapp and kept updating on the status. He also offered drop-off as late as 11:00pm on same day. Shoaib also went ahead and replaced my fingerprint sensor for free as it had a hairline crack on it (and later gave me the broken sensor as proof). I am really satisfied with the work and blown away by amazing customer service.”
