Exceptional culinary experience, best pav bhaji ★★★★★
“I recently had the pleasure of dining at Pav Bhaji Klub, located in Kandivali West, and I must say it was an exceptional culinary experience. This restaurant has gained a well-deserved reputation for serving some of the best pav bhaji in Mumbai, and my visit certainly lived up to the hype. I started my meal with great anticipation and ordered a variety of dishes. The standout item was the Smokey Cheese Pizza Pav Bhaji, which was a fusion of two iconic Mumbai street foods. The blend of the traditional pav bhaji with the smoky flavor of cheese and the essence of pizza was nothing short of extraordinary. Each bite was a burst of flavors that left a lasting impression. Another highlight was the Black Pav Bhaji Sizzler. The sizzler presentation added an exciting element to the dish, and the rich, dark bhaji was a flavorful departure from the traditional version. The sizzling sound and the aroma as it arrived at the table were truly appetizing. I also tried the Pot Rice with an incredible medley of vegetable gravy. The combination was a delightful surprise, as the rice absorbed the flavors of the gravy, making each spoonful a delightful experience. The freshness and quality of the vegetables were evident in every bite. To accompany my meal, I chose the Fresh Sitafal Milkshake and the Hazelnut Cold Coffee. The Sitafal Milkshake was incredibly creamy and rich with the authentic taste of sitafal. The Hazelnut Cold Coffee was a pleasant contrast, with a delightful nutty flavor and just the right balance of coffee and hazelnut. The ambiance of Pav Bhaji Klub is comfortable and welcoming, and the service is prompt and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable about the menu and is more than happy to make recommendations or customize your order to your preference. In conclusion, Pav Bhaji Klub is a culinary gem in Kandivali West, offering a diverse menu that goes beyond the traditional pav bhaji. It's a must-visit for anyone looking to indulge in exceptional flavors and innovative combinations. If you're a food enthusiast or simply looking for a unique dining experience, this restaurant should be on your list of places to visit in Mumbai. The quality of the food, the presentation, and the overall dining experience make Pav Bhaji Klub a standout choice for food lovers.”

Unique pav bhaji fusion varieties to try ★★★★★
“Pav Bhaji Klub, M. G. Road, Kandivli W, opp achija. Place looks very simple restaurant from outside, it's decent ac casual dine inn section inside, capacity of 35 to 40 people I believe, place serves varities of pav bhaji fusion, as name indicates main base remain pav bhaji, they have twist in pav bhaji like cheesy pavbhaji, Mexican, pavbhaji with pizza flavor, smoked pavbhaji, black pavbhaji, fondue, tava pulav, they also have Chinese cuisine in their menu, pizza and sandwiches, ambiance simple casual dine in with some unique varities, I was curious to try their pav bhaji sizzler Mains: Mexican pav bhaji sizzler: It was a unique experience for me to try something like this, as I heard it for the first time, one side it had bhaji with beans giving it a Mexican twist to traditional pav bhaji, along with tava pulav pyramid, tossed veggies, raita, papad. Portion is good for two, taste was good. Recommendation by staff went well for me. Pav bhaji fondue with pizza flavor: I loved the cheesy pav bhaji flavour of this pav bhaji with corn, capsicum, olives, giving it little crunchy taste, flavor should be bit more towards Italian size, should add big pizza sauce to give it rich taste, put veggies a bit pizza look and taste. It was served with different accompaniments like nachos, bread pieces, lavache, besan puri, their nachos were very tasty which came along with it, I enjoyed dipping it in pav bhaji fondue, little light was little to keep it warm below the base in which it was served, good, one should try this for sure. Pot Rice: Rice with manchurian sauce combo was decent They have mocktails, shakes and juices”

Tried Their mint mojito and brownie shake both super refreshing and delectable. A paradise for vegetarians! They have some healthy pav bhaji options too like Hariyali pav bhaji and high protein palak paneer pav bhaji made in white butter and served with brown pav made of wheat perfect for our fitness lovers who would like to cheat mindfully. Also, who would have even thought Fondue can come with a desi tadka of pav bhaji, tempting options for your taste buds there too!!! Go ahead for this one. What mistakes should diners in Mumbai avoid?

Advice for diners in Mumbai: the mistakes below are the most common and the most avoidable.

Expecting only classic pav bhaji and skipping the fusion menu

The kitchen's strength is its twists — try smoked, sizzler or fondue styles rather than just the plain classic for the best experience.

Ordering too many items at once during peak hours

On weekends and holidays, order in smaller rounds and book ahead to avoid long waits and order mix-ups.

Not specifying spice level

Some bhajis can be quite spicy — clearly request a milder version when ordering if you prefer it less hot.

Judging portion size by the price alone

Ask staff which dishes are best shared; many sizzlers and platters are sufficient for two, so order accordingly.

Not asking for recommendations

With 20+ varieties it's easy to over-order — ask hosts like Romeo for the best picks for your group's taste.
