She has never told me to do something - whether it's a haircut, a treatment, or colour - unless she really believes I need it, and that integrity is something that keeps me coming back. She spent dedicated time patiently consulting with me to get to know my hair needs and giving me sound advice regarding products and treatment - she clearly cares about her clients. I have curly hair that is greying early and she has given me really good haircuts. I was in two minds whether to return to colouring my hair or not, and she came up with a third option that didn't involve me colouring all my hair, but covering 50% of the greys and I really love the results! It looks natural, keeps some of the greys (allowing me to grow them out easily without harsh regrowth lines, if I decide to), and is very me.
